What is Digital Payment Collection? How and Why should you use it?


Digital Payment:

SME retailers or valued business owners don’t need to have a POS system to collect digital payments. Hishabee Business Manager provides a secured link where customers can pay by card, mobile banking or any medium of digital payment. Payment links can be sent to customers. This allows SME owners to operate remotely and collect payment anywhere and at any time.

How to use Digital Payment (Customer Enter the Price):

  1. When you go to digital payment, you will find get the unique store link for your store.
  2. You can send the link to the customer through any means including Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, EMAIL by clicking on the “share” button.
  3. Once customers opens the link they will need to enter the amount with their name, phone number, email, address.
  4. Customer can easily pay using any debit / credit card such as VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD or they can use any MFS provider such as BKASH, NAGAG, OKWALLET etc.
  5. Below the share button you can see the list of all active links and payment statuses.
  6. Once payment has been made, you will see that the status changes to “success” and the balance has been added to yout Hishabee Digital Balance.


How to use Digital Payment (You Enter the Price):

  1. When you go to digital payment, clicking on the “New Link” button at the top right will give you the facility to create a custom payment link, from here you can fix any payment amount and create a unique link to that amount and send it to the customer in the same way.
  2. Once customers opens the link they see that the amount that needs to be paid has been fixed and the customer only need to provide with their name, phone number, email, address.
  3. Customer can easily pay using any debit / credit card such as VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD or they can use any MFS provider such as BKASH, NAGAG, OKWALLET etc.
  4. Below the share button you can see the list of all active links and payment statuses.
  5. Once payment has been made, you will see that the status changes to “success” and the balance has been added to yout Hishabee Digital Balance.

Note: Before handing over the product, please make sure that the status of the payment is confirmed, you can see the confirmation of this in the transaction list in the Hishabee Digital Balance History.
